About me
I am a DBS-checked, qualified, and experienced primary school teacher with a passion for supporting children's learning and development. I have taught across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, gaining experience with whole classes as well as small, augmented groups designed to support children who may find mainstream lessons challenging.
I have extensive experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), using a tailored approach to meet their individual needs. I incorporate concrete resources and hands-on strategies to ensure that learning is accessible, engaging, and effectively embedded.

About my tutoring approach
I am a passionate and flexible tutor with a deep understanding of individual learning needs. I specialise in working with small groups or providing one-to-one sessions to address learning gaps, promote a love of learning, and stretch and challenge students to reach their full potential.
My lessons are carefully structured to ensure progress and understanding. Each session includes:

In both my English and Maths tutoring sessions, learning goes beyond just written work aligned with the National Curriculum. I incorporate a variety of interactive games and teaching methods to ensure that lessons are not only accessible but also fun and memorable.
